Hot-forming tools are subjected to high thermal and mechanical stresses during their application. Therefore, a suitable design of the tool die is important ensure long life. For this purpose, numerical simulations can be used calculate occurring temperature development in course stroke or over several forging cycles. The aim research investigate effect different radii on resulting lower forming tools. Furthermore, evolution cycles analysed determine temperature.
